![]() ![]() After graduating, Mitsuru became part of a clique of elites in her college, while still attending to the needs of the struggling Kirijo Group. One of the founding members of S.E.E.S., a group of Gekkoukan High School students and Persona users. Voiced by: Rie Tanaka (Japanese) / Tara Platt (English) The team is a support group almost as much as a military squad. You All Share My Story: Like S.E.E.S, all of the Shadow Operatives have been created and/or screwed over in some way by the Kirijo Group.Afterwards, it's found out that Kikuno deliberately invoked the trope, because she wanted her employers to be taken seriously. Nobody died, because an Operative was close enough to rescue them in time, but the horror of it convinced them to legitimize the Shadow Operatives' group. Of course, some did- and found themselves plunged into the Dark Hour. The Order: An order dedicated to fighting Shadows. Its extravagance destroys any anonymity the group might have had when they use it in the impoverished town of Inaba. Color Motif: They often have red (signifying violence and passion, as well as their leader's long red hair) somewhere in their designs, usually their weapons. However, it can also refer to people selflessly doing necessary work for reasons other than glory, so Mitsuru liked the title and kept it. Appropriated Appellation: The title "Shadow Operatives" was originally an insult mocking the team's secrecy and shady origins. ![]()
